Jarrar Shah is a technology visionary and the CEO of Cloud Nine. He represents a rare breed of founder: an executive who drives high-level business strategy while possessing the deep technical expertise to write production-grade code.

Most recently, Jarrar spearheaded the end-to-end creation of Synova Med, a fully compliant UK telehealth and online pharmacy platform. Acting as the lead designer, software architect, and full-stack engineer, Jarrar built the entire ecosystem from a blank canvas. Utilizing Next.js 16 (Turbopack) and Django, he engineered a platform that strictly adheres to NHS and GPhC guidelines. His technical accomplishments on the project include a custom clinical subscription engine capable of auto-titrating weight-loss medications, automated GP triage communications, and highly secure, CQC-ready clinical audit trails.
